The founder holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and brings deep academic and practical expertise in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly building technologies. His research-driven approach has played a key role in advancing sustainable solutions within the built environment.
An entrepreneur since 2011, he has successfully founded and operated multiple ventures across the building materialsand solar energy sectors. He is the visionary behind the Fusion Group, under which several advanced building material manufacturing units and solar energy facilities have been established and scaled successfully.
Under his leadership, the organization has consistently demonstrated strong operational performance, built a loyal customer base, and is positioned on a high-growth trajectory, with plans to achieve a ₹250 crore turnover. His ability to blend technical excellence with strategic business insight has been central to the group’s growth.
Recognized for his contributions to both engineering and research, the founder has received several prestigious national awards, earning a reputation as a respected researcher, innovator, and industry leader committed to sustainability and long-term impact.

With over 25 years of deep-rooted experience in VLSI chip integration at Synopsys, Bhuvaneswara Rao brings a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the Board.
An alumnus of Andhra University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering followed by a Master’s degree in Technology from JNTUH, he has led high-impact teams and operations across various layers of semiconductor innovation. Known for his sharp problem-solving acumen and people-centric leadership style, Bhuvan plays a key role in steering operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
His career has spanned international boundaries, having led projects in Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, which has given him a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural business environments and global operational excellence.
Bhuvan believes in “building sustainable systems through empowered teams and disciplined execution,” a philosophy that aligns closely with the company’s long-term vision. He has been associated with the organisation and has made significant contributions to its growth and strategic direction.

Having 36 years of vast experience in various industries of cement, power and AAC blocks units. He is Diploma in Mechanical and served for 32 years to Hemadri Group, Vedadri as Assistant Engineer; Ratna Cement as Project Engineer, HCL Agro Power Limited as Plant Manager; Sai Himaja Aero Bricks Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. Project Manager. And served for 4 years as Mechanical Manager in Nucon Building Material India Pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada.
K VENKATESWARA RAO
GENERAL MANAGER, VISAKHAPATNAM
With an impressive 39 years of industrial experience, has established a distinguished career in the manufacturing sector. Holding an L.E.E (A.M.I.E) qualification, he dedicated 33 years to H.I.L Industries, where he worked at various levels of responsibility and ultimately retired as General Manager of Manufacturing at their facilities in Vijayawada and Hyderabad, significantly contributing to the company’s success in manufacturing asbestos cement sheets.
Before his long tenure at H.I.L, gained valuable experience as Shift Incharge at Larsvin Engineers in Hyderabad, specializing in the manufacturing of LPG cylinders for two years. He then took on the role of Production Incharge at Santhi Sacks, also in Hyderabad, focusing on HDPE oven sacks for another two years.
Currently, serves as General Manager at Fusion Building Materials Pvt Ltd in Yelamanchili, where he has been making impactful contributions for the past two years. His extensive knowledge and leadership continue to drive innovation and excellence within the company.
VAMSI KANUPARTHY

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development within the financial services sector, he specializes in lending and credit rating. He began his career at leading institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, GE Money, and Religare Finvest, where he held various roles across different verticals. For the past decade, he has excelled at CRISIL Ltd, focusing on SME and MCG segments for commercial paper, bond, and bank loan ratings. His leadership and remarkable performance have earned him multiple awards and recognitions throughout his career.

Shri vemulapalli venkata poorna chandra rao is a retired purchase manager of hyderabad industries ltd. (C.K.Birla unit), a commercial graduate with shorthand lower and typewriting higher.
He has 34 years of experience in procuremet of materials required for manufacture of plant and machinery for manufacture of asebstos sheet plants. Since he is very much familiar with key board, is capable of corresponding with suppliers and preparation of pos himself faster, saving so much of time instead of getting same by someone else. He has also been allocated procurement of materials for execution of npcil (kaiga-3&4 & rapp-5&6 ugp & wmp) orders by hyderabad industries ltd during 2005-2011 and completed the same individually.
For our pune aac block unit he has arranged boiler quality plates sa-516 gr.70 of required sizes (170 mt) for manufacture of 4 autoclaves from steel authority of india ltd half the quantity from the stock yard and balance manufactured from their bhilai plant and got a rebate of rs.5.00 lakhs
